First of all, I see people talking about the product being watered down or diluted with water. I haven't seen any evidence of this other than the lower viscosity. This could just be less of whatever they use to thicken it, I don't believe Ketoconazole is what thickens the product. It is still a great product that eliminates dandruff for me.
Day 1 (March 16) - Was advised to only use it twice a week, so I waited a couple days and in these days, the flaking started to come back because it's been a few days since I had used this shampoo again. After using the same process as Day 1, the flaking had been reduced once again, and my head was not getting itchy after a day or two either, and it didn't leave me head dry right after the shower either!
