Disappointing.Although it is a good cool material far better than others I've tried.The problem is for me it rolls up.It would be great if it contained stays up the back to stop it rolling.It would have been better if it was a little bit longer .I have a abdominal hernia that is quite high up.because this product is short I feel like I'm pulling it up and down to get it into the right place.Shame as the material is the most comfortable.

I have found the best way to put this on is to pull it around to see how tight you want it. Make note of where the binder overlaps.
