Just two days ago I started taking these as instructed 2 pills, 3 times a day. I took them in the morning, afternoon and night before each meal. My appetite was significantly reduced. I often found myself saying “I’m not even hungry” mid meal. I will say be aware you will have VERY FREQUENT bowel movements, sometimes only an hour apart. I even poop 30 minutes after each meal. It is very important to drink lots of water when taking these supplements. I started off at 195lbs and I’m at 191lbs in just two days.I have not worked out AT ALL. I drink at least a gallon of water daily, I skip breakfast and drink fresh squeezed juice, for lunch I have a sandwich or salad, and for dinner I have protein,grains,and vegetables. So far so good!
This diet pills are scary crazy! I’m on three days on it and I feel stronger, alert, am I’m losing inches I feel it. But the only down side to it it makes you sleepy. But it works it’s not a magical pill but I’m not craving food or sweets. I do take protein shakes in between.
