I needed one, since I am working from home and do not have the best posture, nor do I have a good chair to be able to sit the whole day without any pains or aches in front of the PC. I know I needed something asap, since I was getting neck and shoulder pain on a daily basis to the point where it would cause a headache. So I ordered this posture corrector and have put it on as soon as it has arrived. It is really light weight and has adjustable straps for the tightness, which has to be really tight since it is very flexible and starts stretching when you move, so you have to re-adjust it after a while - that's why I am giving it a 5 star rating. Also if you have it too tight you won't be having enough movement room for the arms especially if you have to constantly type on the PC, so that was a bit annoying to find the right tightness. It takes a little while to get used to it, but it is helping me a lot not to get a stiff and painful neck after sitting long hours in front of the PC. Also it is washable, so overall it is a good thing to have!
I do a job where heavy lifting is occasionally required. (Heavy being a relative term. In the neighborhood of 50 lbs., but large items.) From previous experience, I know it was easy to strain a muscle or throw out your back lifting the items we use so I wear a back support whenever I need to lift anything heavy. This is actually the third support brace I've gotten over the years. but it's also, in my opinion, the best. I love the larger support area the brace gives, and the adjustable side straps are a must. Hopefully I don't need it much, especially in the winter months where I'll have multiple layers of clothes, but I like that I do have it.
